Pros

No one over your shoulder, for easy work. Everyday is a little different from the previous. You have the freedom to start and stop when you want as long as appointments are completed.

Cons

Even though you are alone in the field you feel the "micro management" by the computer. Pay very low for what you are doing and it is an absolute dead end. It is not a living wage and you would need a second job to be comfortable yet management is surprised if you can't work overtime in a moments notice. Medical insurance is a joke and cost about $300 a month for you to have coverage that has a deductible so high you will never get to it unless you have a major problem.
