      Pros

      I work with some amazingly smart people! There are many opportunities to move around within the company.

      Cons

      There are some things that are frustrating....but in comparison to other places I've worked, they aren't worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Benefits, wonderful employees, CEO cares about the quality of life of employees. Privately held, able to withstand the ups and downs of the industry.

      Cons

      Day to day experience positive but there is always room for improvement when it comes to communication between departments. Sometimes unnecessarily political, but I guess that goes with the territory.
