      Brilliant place to learn. Mentors are extremely helpful. Excellent tools. Takes analytics to a new level

      Pros

      -Good compensation & benefits package as compared to local companies -Nice staff lounge with free flow of snacks -Good location

      Cons

      -Very political between departments so hard to work on trust -Not much teamwork within teamwork -HR cannot tell difference between merit-based increments, increments given to cope with rising costs and other increment practices. Simply communicate by insulting people first. -No cordial communication most of the times...

      Pros

      The work is interesting and varied. Most of the people are wonderful. The benefits are very good.

      Cons

      There are few employees that have never worked at another company and don't know how good it is here. Listening to them complain about the small stuff gets old.
