      Pros

      Stable, benefits are good but they keep getting worse every year I should mention, products are solid and are getting better.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, I think we have allowed too many people to get into management whom should not be there, the company could do better with properly/adequately motivating behavior

      So called benefits. I am so sorry I can not think of any. My desk, view my long hours were nice.

      Cons

      The accounting manager has no room for suggestions, new ideas or you growing in the company. You job will be sold to India at the first chance.
