      Pros

      Great Work life balance, benefits like pool, gym and generous vacation.

      Cons

      Chances are you might stay to long waiting on management opportunity that will never come. Managers that are good at a discipline but not necessarily good leaders of people. Look after their careers, but don’t worry too much about you.

      Unfortunately top executives just below him struggle to define and convey their vision, assuming they have one.

      - amazing culture with strong focus on employees. Senior leadership absolutely committed to people. - outstanding technology - smart, dedicated, passionate people who want to make a difference - open environment

      Cons

      - there is an inflection point happening in the analytics space where many of the largest clients are evaluating core technology and creating their own solutions based on open source technology. This is to avoid costly licensing fees and to accelerate time to benefit (given that SAS technology is notoriously complex to deploy). The company is late recognizing and responding to this change, and in many cases has seen the combination of open source and cloud delivered solutions pass it by.
