Depending on management and drive there is room for growth. The company tries to keep employees engaged through Employee Resource Groups and Volunteer experiences.
Cons
Pay appeared to be below industry avg. Work/life balance seemed to be at discretion of individual managers. So if your manager didn't believe in W/L Balance, you didn't really benefit.
