-have a lot of free time. - always come back home at the end of the day so this allows you to have a more stable life. -you have staff travel that you can use only for yourself

Cons

-set impossible targets with a bar only half empty - it's not very clear with which criteria they give transfers and promotions -no crew food -not many perks
