Horrible management. No respect from the company. Exhausting schedule. Desperate shortage of pilots had led to substandard cadets entering service.

Paying for the training, accomodation, uniform, no food for the crew, working 12 hour shifts starting at 5 AM, not enough rest between shifts, poor salary and working conditions, being constantly harassed by the supervisors regarding sales and targets.
