Opportunity to get stuck in straight away with a good level of trust from managers. Good progression opportunities and a great way to start your career.

Cons

High pressure environment, you are looked at funny if you ever leave on time. No one wants to be the first person to leave! Starting salary is not good but there are opportunities in the department all the time.
