Pros

nice views from the plane window

Cons

paid only while in the air (short haul flights, you do the maths), early shift one week, late shift the next then back to earlys etc etc, goodbye structured sleep schedule poor management who care little for their employees, encountering abrasive staff on a nearly daily basis and constant delays which leave us stranded for hours (which we don't get paid for) to deal with angry passengers (which we also don't get paid for)
