Pros

Employees given responsibility from early on. Good experience in the short term to have in the future. You’ll be well adapt to high pressure jobs in the future. Some nice people.

Cons

Can be a very high pressure environment at times. Hours can be long and unreasonable with hard work for very little reward. Low starting salary with no benefits. Culture is quite poor. Very little room for flexible working even in the middle of a pandemic. High turnover for the above reasons.

Pros

I will be very fair giving three stars. One star for the Stable roster (5-3) Second star for the base transfer options all around Europe (That you have very little chances to get) A third star for the staff travel and the options.

Cons

now.... - They treat you as a slave or at least as a retarded child.... -Many times they address to you diminishing you like you don´t belong to the company as they hire temporary contractors. - Wrong people in important positions who won´t pass the good will and the good results of a worker...... For example...... They push you every day to rise the sales and they almost never care about safety during de-briefing. They don´t pay much even for your rent to be covered....I won´t mention that they don´t provide free food or water to the crew...nor transportation....They also push girls to the limit in a way that ruins their psychology and make them feel depressed. Those wrong people (in their wrong positions) try to get promotions and go higher in the ladder by highlighting the one negative thing in a year that you might have done instead of giving a good report in your everyday struggle. The company encourages you to be a "Roufiano" of your colleagues. YOU GET PAID FLIGHT TIME - ONLY (+ sales which usually is wrong and down counted) Monthly Duty time: 140 hours Flight Time: 85 Hours No more comments on that..... Allocated unpaid leave three - five weeks in 2020 for the crew. And this just to rise the share price cause it hit the 5 years lowest recently...Now - highest ever.....well done... Allocated Annual Leave and when you really need to go back to your country for an emergency they won´t give you possibly. Many times crew asks to go back due to family loss or emergency and they are not allowed to go. Many CC Supervisors should not even be in touch with people so sad and upset of their lives they are. Wrong people everywhere...of course there are some exceptions trying to give the good example.
