Learn to work as a team. Experienced many types of platforms

Cons

The managment may have changed but it was in flux a lot at the time. They wanted you to be a part of the buddy system if not you weren't going to go anywhere without HR intervention.

A lot of redundant work, unless you are a big customer you get treated very unfairly. If it doesn’t fit in the “Rush Truck Center” mold, it is looked down upon, even if it’s to help out a long time customer.

You are nothing but a number. You have too many people giving too many directions, this company does not care about its customers or employees.
