I loved my co-workers and my direct supervisor.

No coordinated training. No one there who really knew the job details.

You will meet great people that want succeed. You will establish great business relationships with other companies as you conduct your daily business.

Cons

Management severely lacks the knowledge and skills in leadership. Organization and communication between departments is very subpar. Many times the different departments are at odds with each other.
