Maybe they have changed since the pandemic but when I was there it was strictly corporate with no flexibility, a dress code, not open to change, and not a lot of room for voicing any opinions or diversity. It's a very conservative culture with an old-boy network.

Pay is nothing great It seems like a raise needs to be asked for
