So understaffed in the IT department that you get to learn anything you want. If you like working non-stop...this is a great opportunity.

Cons

Tons of management, and no workers. The IT OPs department used to have one director, now its 3 and several "managers". Loyalty means nothing. Canned after 10 years, for minor issue.

Abusive management, corruption, favoritism, high turnover rate, poor pay, working for free, the Warranty SRT’s for Paccar are absolutely atrocious, and you are not paid for a lot of the admin work you are REQUIRED to do
