      Pros

      You will get paid to see the world. You will meet amazing people and get to do amazing things.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work in an environment that is populated with people from other cultures around the world. That means people that are not used to women being the boss. The health care on board is far from American Standards. Be aware you will live where you work.

      Pros

      Travel medical benefits, plus making friends. Retirement is automatic once you start with the company, it is not a 401K, although their is a 401K plan that is optional and you can put aside some money from your paycheck however, the company will not match because they already are putting aside their retirement plan for you for when you retire or leave the company.

      Cons

      Favoritism, if you are not liked or part of a group, then you won't see promotions for you in any near future. Management lacking professionalism, and blaming all the issues to the employee. Restructure of departments, letting go of staff and giving more work with same pay to one person doing the job of 5 people. Outsourcing overseas is now a new trend, and also closing department because of new technologies what was once manual labor is now being done by computers. The lowest pay in any company I've worked for.
