Retirement is automatic once you start with the company, it is not a 401K, although their is a 401K plan that is optional and you can put aside some money from your paycheck however, the company will not match because they already are putting aside their retirement plan for you for when you retire or leave the company.
Cons
Favoritism, if you are not liked or part of a group, then you won't see promotions for you in any near future. Management lacking professionalism, and blaming all the issues to the employee. Restructure of departments, letting go of staff and giving more work with same pay to one person doing the job of 5 people. Outsourcing overseas is now a new trend, and also closing department because of new technologies what was once manual labor is now being done by computers. The lowest pay in any company I've worked for.
