Pros

This company takes good care of employees but it can be done better without spending too much more.

Cons

Within promotion system is not good. It does not depend on what you know but whom you know.

Great Marketing and Services company - NOT an IT SHOP

Pros

Everyone is fairly happy even though they don't make a decent salary. However if you are well liked you may get a cruise before your FAM anniversary

Cons

Lack of professional etiquette in IT. Many groups unaware of the impact they have with both internal and external customers. A lot of passing the "buck"
