Pros

There is a good Work-Life Balance. They have a day care on site at the port, as well as a gym, cafes, and a doctor's office for employees. The port is a beautiful location.

Cons

Salaries are not the most competative.

Pros

There used to be decent money available within the call center. However, the gravy train is over. With a ridiculous amount of new hires it has made it impossible to get overtime and make more than 40k annually as a good salesman.

Cons

They have over staffed which will keep incentive low and drive out the employees that are skilled salesmen desiring more than 50k annually.
