Pros

Work From home that's about it!

Cons

For starters They have the worst attendance Policy! Even if your in the Hospital with a Doctors Note Don't matter Write up! Would have to rush & dance around Question's that are really Crucial for the Guest's vacation that they just paid 25k$ for! But if you took more then 20mins on a call on average they would bully and threaten to write you up. The incentive is a joke! you would up sale a 50k$ Cabin and you would get paid less then the cost of a Deli sandwich for booking said Cabin! back in 2022 they let go more then 200 U.S Based workers! Despite them having record Breaking Numbers and positive cash over the last year and Buying a bankrupt Cruise line Silver seas and the upcoming Icon of the Seas.

Pros

The employee benefits are great but management not so much.

Cons

Its all about favoritism and kissing managements bottom cheeks. Ever since Mr. Jason Liberty hopped onboard people have been laid off from left to right and pays have been cut, etc. No one is happy working here anymore, everyone is scared that they will lose their job. BUT remember if you got your lips on those cheeks or are a favorite, you’re SAFE.! The below is from another former employee that submitted a review and I 100% agree with this. Management and promotions are EXTREMELY favoritism based. You could have stellar stats and revenue generation numbers, perfect attendance, but if a single member of management doesn't care for you (even if you've never really met them) you are out of luck for any promotion. May as well not even bother trying.
