Pros

Was once an opportunity for growth, opportunity, and learning. Decent benefits. RDF was a great leader to work for.

Cons

With a revolving door of leadership and HR it feels like Groundhog Day every few years when you start from scratch with each new fresh out of university leader trying to prove their worth. Inconsistent policies and constant "exceptions" leading up to, during, and coming out of covid regarding WFH/remote work. Little opportunity for growth in certain departments due to individuals who are comfortable where they are and aren't going anywhere. Lots of petty in-fighting within departments and minimal cross team collaboration leading to massive silos within the org. Communication from HR is limited and appear to be written by a former sorority coms director who now works in PR but moonlights as an HR coms director. It's inconsistent and many times a slap in the face to those employees that know the truth. Company satisfaction survey results are never released, no action plans provided of how improvements are going to be made to areas of deficiency and every time you ask about it HR dances around the question or lies and says "its coming." Accountability is a two way street, if I am to be held accountable for my KPIs then you as a company should be held to yours. DEI is just a number to leaders, real action towards true diversity, equity and inclusion is never taken. Salaries are dismal for those employees that stick around and put in their time, and people brought in at market rates come in at $10k to $30k more than those with 8+ years with the company.
