      Pros

      Manage a good size of business right away. Good benefits, including cruises. Hire a lot of recent grads.

      Cons

      Poor pay for scope of work and responsibilities. High turnover. Little vacation to utilize cruise benefits. Work on holidays. Long hours with turn style verification. Promotions not based off of work performance, rather if you are part of the "club"

      -Overall benefits are above average -Large amount of employee with diverse backgrounds working in the office so great opportunity for socializing -Cafeteria is amazingly cheap

      -Extremely political in every aspect of the business -Rarely hear employee saying he/she feels truly respected and valued in the company -DOERS are not appreciated TALKERS are -High turnover rate

      Great Cruising benefits & decent employee benefits. The work is actually interesting and exiting.

      Cons

      Management is horrible! Favoritism and Elitism are rampant and encourage by management. Managers dont respect their employees, they use them as tools and in many cases punch them down.
