Poor salary for apprentices Treated poorly as an apprentice RR Brand identity has been lost in favour of cutting corners No bonus given to defence apprentices in last year despite Defence business keeping company afloat during covid

Loss of great talent recently. Company may struggle to produce at rate in future. Workforce hit with pay reduction and forced time off while contractors still hired. Lack of engineering progression. Company trying to reduce pay by further 10%.
