      Good aerospace company to work with. Very good technical accountabilities and good salary

      Cons

      company gets locked in processes. Simple things cant get done due to so many approvals, paper work etc. So many processes which add no value. Engineering company should focus on engineering

      Good pay, good facilities, union, good colleagues.

      Cons

      Too many office based roles compared to similar companies. Lots of red tape to jump through to get the job done. When I started I had an experienced leadership that had been on the tools. Now it’s graduates and managers mates who need to employ an “assistant” off the shop floor as help. All clueless.
