Many people have been there a long time and are resistant to new ideas, doing things differently etc. Old school in approach when they should be innovating their culture as much as they do engineering

Very flexible working. Good pension scheme. Decent working environment. Helpful teams and peers when you need support.

Cons

Not too many benefits provided. You don’t feel appreciated or rewarded enough. Diversity and inclusion is not promoted enough.
