Amazing technology and always delivering cutting edge technology. The vast majority of staff are amazing but middle management lets the company down.

Cons

You have to push and fight for career progressions. Most Managers are only concerned about their own progression and a lot of the culture in Rolls-Royce is based on the clique you are in. Not what you know, who you know.

Very structured with process and procedures to follow and work to. Network with other office is encouraged and easy.

Cons

Place individuals into positions as Snr Management who have no experience of the products but think because the came from Aero they know it all . When the errors are pointed out they adopt a bullying approach type of management and even Lie to cover their own tracks for incompetence on their part. It cost me my job as I had to leave after along fight, I got my apology and compensation with back pay. The Manager in question was found out to less that functional and out of his depth so was requested to leave.

Good pay, friendly staff and interesting new products

Cons

Management take advantage and have disrespected employees with unfair equallty. Shift pattern is not family friendly. There are scrap left everywhere.
