      As an addendum to my review.

      Cons

      Laying off revenue producing employees and the jobs listed on here are for 75% management/overhead positions. You're gonna manage yourselfs out of business.

      Good but with issues

      Pros

      Many like minded professionals. Some serious thinkers here. Overall direction is good but perhaps with a little too much of 'do as I say not as I do' Strategic direction is recovering after decisions from last CEO.

      Cons

      Watch HR carefully. Ethics training does not seem to have reached this team. I have experience of them justifying a decision with 'policy' only to admit on questioning that there was no documented policy. They also do not react with the pace expected of a team that supports operational areas. Tendency for some Senior managers to defend their empire rather than the common good.

      Dysfunctional Senior Management

      Pros

      Secure job, most people reasonable and relatively hard working. Good benefits, and holidays, but no flexibility for unpaid leave if needed.

      Cons

      Senior management is extremely dysfunctional. Angry outbursts and yelling were common at the senior VP level, throwing yellow sticky notes, slamming doors. This bad behaviour trickled down to functional management and morale.
