      Pros

      If you have no mind of your own, wont question things then you'll be find Everyone knows and trusts the brand If you eant yo fo what they want you to do then its fine.

      Cons

      No organisation No communication Slow pace, not pushed to potential Job Adverts lie Promises made that havent been kept Feel like mushrooms - kept in dark and fed **** Some sexism in places Hates change or improvements Company has gone downhill but maintains their unrealistic reputation Processes go against RR values If you dont like things such as the unkept promises they turn round and say you either stay here and accept it or leave. Many two faced people

      Global company Travel opportunities to other sites and customer bases. People, Product & Brand Pay & Benefits are excellent Healthcare Ever changing business so opportunities do come around.

      Slow to react/change Too much bureaucracy Too much box ticking and wastage of time/resources. Too many ever changing fads Poor IT They who shout loudest....

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good, RR invest in internal training, RR encourages employees to move roles internally every 2-4 years, big focus on professional development

      Cons

      Not enough diversity and lack of women in senior roles, pay rises are low, too much focus on 'cost cutting', too many decisions having to go back to the UK, too much stakeholder "buy in" and not enough direct leadership, people are not held accountable
