- There is a lot of opportunity to change positions and gain experience in various areas of the business. - Flexible work schedule (some groups have work-from-home policy which is nice)

- Management tries to be receptive, but sometimes still does not act with employee feedback consideration - Lack of resources can make workload extremely high

Great people at the working level and a clear desire to innovate. Historic pension schemes keep people that would otherwise have left years ago.

Cons

Top of company wants to make business more profitable but majority of leaders do not know how to do this and the complexity of the organization means that many can hide from the leadership desire with little or no effect on what they have been doing for years.
