Pros

Good policies like maternity, sick, pension (however, do not stick by other policies), Goof office onsite parking with bus connection Good holidays (usually 25) and can buy more at manager discretion, shame with home working but they tend to be 'less' favourable to this in some parts of the company.

Cons

Everything seems to be at manager discretion so if management are 'old school' working from home or career prospects are limited. No training Limited travel and career prospects despite being global Face has to fit rather than focus on delivery

Pros

They are a very forward-thinking company.

Cons

Too big and too much red take . As a new hire I've been here two months and still jumping through hoops to get some of the most basic needs to be successful at my job (RSA token, WebEx access, etc.). As an international company there's just too much red tape to get even the simplest requests managed. Also, making travel arrangements and completing expense reports is pretty much all admins (PAs) seem to do here. Not a lot of opportunity to challenge oneself or feel fulfilled! Very disappointing
