- Good work life balance. Minimum or No overtime - Frequent opportunities to travel abroad - Decent Pay

Cons

RR India does not work as an R&D center but is more like a outsourcing centre, where low quality work is sent from other sites. - No real design/development in India. Most of the work is process oriented or documentation - Work is similar to the one outsourced to other service providing organisations - Too much focus on cost and cost savings.
