Senior management always recruit some who mirrors them. Most Team Leaders are influenced by their managers. Lots of bullying and harassment issues. Many folks of sick due to stress related problems. Promotion is based on who you blow not what you know. The unions is a waste of space as it is bent and in the pockets of management.
