Pros
Good brand name and global locations. Not sure why people still like the brand name. Failed engines on A380 AND 747s and no mention on businessweek;'s global top 100 brands shows what this once renowned company is all about in the current day and age,

Functional silos, no accountability, extreme nepotism, no respect for technical competency, education and professional accomplishments outside of RR, frequent reorganizations, poor salary and benefits, high employee turnover,
