Long standing colleagues are good at their jobs, dedicated and loyal.

Cons

Rolls Royce have not brought anything to the Goodrich partnership, except slow and ancient management ideas with more interest in politics and backstabbing than world class business performance.

Pros

Depending on the location in which you work there are lots of career advancement opportunities, and the benefits are great, health, tuition, etc. RR also offers an excellent relocation if you decide to move around, but do your homework to be sure you make the right decision.

Cons

Although career advancement exist in some locations office politics get in the way of career growth. RR needs to do a better job of selecting individuals for leadership positions because not everyone has the capability of leading people.
