      Cons

      Large corporation that has the usual cumbersome policies that make change slow. Individual sectors/divisions have tailored policies and information systems so finding correct information takes longer( company working to improve this and it has gotten much better over the last several years.

      Positive feedback from supervisor and opportunity to grow. Opinions are resPected. They are not a youth oriented company and experience is valued.

      Poor IT structure. 10 years behind the time. Too much bueracracy slows down decision making.

      Great atmosphere at work and very knowledgeable engineers.

      I've been here many years and staff development has always been a weak spot; the career development for non-management staff is very slow and growth is very linear. I've seen many colleagues leaving the company only after a few years because of its location in Derby.
