Pros
The pros of the job are being part of such a big global corporation. The customers are located all over the world and there's plenty of opportunity to get familiar with other cultures in different areas of the world.
Cons
The company is so pre-occupied with their processes, it makes the efficiency and productivity suffer severely. I've been there almost a year now, and I haven't actually done any real engineering yet. Majority of the work consists of pushing papers and getting trained on all the processes they use.
