Pros

Good work flexibility. No hard starting times in the morning or quitting times. You can choose what is appropriate for you. Periodic working from home is acceptable such as if you are having a repairman come over or to avoid a snowstorm. Maternity leave of up to 3 months with no "recommendations" to start working from home. Also, the company has Ethics as one of its main corporate values that is enforced and rewarded, even if it costs the company sales.

Cons

Old "boys" club, but not in the traditional sense. If you have joined the company as an experienced professional, rather than working there your entire career, you are a second class citizen and will not be helped to advance. On the other hand, if you started and an intern or, even better as an LDP, you will be coached and introduced to the right people. I've seen situations where jobs will be created (even by letting people go) so these golden children may advance. Of course these positions will never be posted. The chosen will just be moved into them.

Pros

Pay is decent for this area of Wisconsin.

Cons

Zero work/life balance in some BUs. Ops is notorious. Ops loves to run understaffed and have their employees leave their personal life behind. While other BUs have deadbeat employees who don't even work a full week, amd produce little or nothing while they are at thier desk. VERY uneven treatment. And they trumpet healthy this and healthy that as management pushes the employees who actually produce, to a work life of constant stress.
