Pros

Rockwell Automation is a fantastic organization with a stellar reputation for a reason. I joined RA because of its excellent reviews and outstanding work culture. It's inspiring to see so many employees spend their entire careers here, with many staying until retirement. This longevity speaks volumes about the company’s supportive environment and commitment to its people. However, my manager has unfortunately made my experience less positive, which challenges the otherwise glowing reputation RA has. Despite this, the broader company culture and opportunities available make it a place worth considering.

Cons

My personal experience has been marred by a negative work environment created by a member of the management team. Since September, I have been subjected to continuous harassment and threats, leaving me feeling demoralized and distressed. The behavior exhibited has been reprehensible and unbearable. The actions include: Threats of Termination and Expulsion: Repeated threats of termination and expulsion from the team, causing immense anxiety and fear. Request for Sensitive Information: Requests for payslips and offer letters under false pretenses. After sharing these documents, the demeanor towards me significantly changed, becoming more negative. Belittling and Demeaning Remarks: Frequent belittling and demeaning remarks about my salary and contributions to the company, despite my diligent efforts. Mental Harassment: Persistent demotivation, shouting, and mental harassment. Comments such as "What the bad words are you doing in the team and RA," and laughter at my responses, have severely impacted my mental health and well-being. False Accusations During Approved Leave: False accusations of being unavailable during approved leave periods, leading to unwarranted work demands and interference with personal commitments. Coercion to Work During Vacations: Coercion into working during scheduled vacations, disrupting family time, and causing significant distress. Frequent Calls During Leave: Frequent calls during holidays or sick leave, demanding data and work-related information, which adds to the stress. Threats Following Layoff Announcements: Indications that I could be part of potential layoffs, exacerbating my anxiety. Unwarranted Focus on Salary: Pointing out my salary, stating that RA is investing more in me without commensurate contributions, which is both demoralizing and inaccurate given my dedicated efforts.
