      Stay Away if you are looking for work life balance

      Good People at the bottom layer (Individual Contributors).

      Cons

      Management do not care about your work life balance. 60-80 hours including working on weekends without any overtime pay is a regular thing Forget your variable pay. They will announce in Q3 that your variable will not be given although it is part of your CTC.

      Leadership cares more about lining their pockets with multi-million dollar salaries than they do about their employees.

      great technology good place to help customers

      Horrible leadership from CRO through VP levels unethical pay practices. RA looks for ways to not pay their sales reps. SIP plan purposly ambivalent. Just let go over 900 people . Constantly changing direction to fail fast but in reality they are just failing. lack of vision, direction, and no experience in upper management, is leading to micro management in the wrong areas and sales are suffering. RA hides behind covid but the real problem is the leadership.
