Thanks for taking time to leave feedback about our employee engagement survey. As a global company, we ask for feedback from over 23,000 employees plus contractors in our annual Global Voices survey. This is one of many ways for people help shape the alignment and prioritization of strengths and opportunities. We have a team, the Global Voices Council, who vets all comments (none are left unread) and all are shared with leaders. Plus, most managers receive dashboards and reports. As we continue to surface those comments with managers and directors – and importantly, drive accountability – our intention is for you to see and feel positive change. And, we also know for some teams this may take more time.
