Pros

This is at the twinsburg plant. very clean work place people are friendly

Cons

raises are very low to none Hr is not for the employees they are for management 12 hr shift they don't replace staffing so the shifts are not ever fully staffed the way is should be. They don't respect the employees at all. Plant Managers come and go without making any difference in the place they don't believe in hiring from within there are many employees that i know that has went back to school to get a degree i being one of them and they still hire outside people first. Stay away from this company. when it was allen bradly the company was much better.

Pros

In light of the current direction of becoming a one-stop shop for outsourcing, absolutely none.

Cons

For weeks we were treated to constant "One of the World's Most Ethical Companies" propaganda. Employees mistakenly thought that ethics involved respecting the workforce and valuing their contribution to your ("the board") wallet. We now realize that "ethical" is equated to not performing illegal activities, so earning that title is akin to today's Little League where everyone wins a trophy. The CEO just sold a lion's share of his stock, indicating little to no confidence in the future of the company. Glass door will not allow links, but a quick internet search for Keith Nosbusch selling stock will produce many places to read about it.
