Pros
Good PSL but loads of companies are hiring their own in house and HR and with the rise of online marketing i.e linkin, it is losing business. Structured with different recruiters specialising in different specialisations. International brand name. Get to transfer overseas if you survive.
Cons
Read what one guy said about the Singapore office earlier and its all true. People are here one day and gone the next. Turnover rate is about a close 40 in the past year. In an office of about 100 that's a high percentage. I don't even think that its that high for law or banking. Very rule bound. Some teams are made up of only new PRCs and the few selected directors there have been there way too long so they think that they own everything, client's relationships etc and get very territorial about it. What they want are PRCs that contribute into the bonus pool but not hit the tier so that they will not take any bonus home. If you are in it for the money, this place is not for you unless you manage to survive till managerial or directorial level because the bonus scheme is not even clear. Highly politicised environment as well. Depending on which team you are in some may be slightly better than others. Some desks are cash cows but the micro management there will kill you first.
