Pros

Company has good internal legal, finance and manila admin support to offer. Robert Walters brand is a good one but it is severely hindered in Perth WA

Cons

Culture got so bad it was hindering my ability to do my job. Hard to enjoy the job and focus on finding the right candidate when director is pressing about KPIs and data. No space to do anything new, micromanaged to extremes, working around people who were once happy and now seem overworked and sad was my last straw. A real shame that my only option left was to quit as the company was one that I resonated with.
