Thank you for your review, I’m glad you enjoy the collaborative and positive team-based environment we work hard to build. But I’m disappointed to read your cons – our team-based profit bonus model, which is unique to the industry, allows us to reward people for their whole contribution to the team, not just billings. We are of course always open to feedback to help us improve, if you’d like to arrange a confidential discussion, please contact me at Daniel.Harris@robertwalters.com. Pros

During my time at Robert Walters, I had the privilege of working with amazing colleagues and mentors. The team environment and the talent within the organization were exceptional, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, the company underwent significant management changes that unfortunately led to a period of instability. These changes resulted in widespread layoffs, including my own position, and the closure of offices in multiple locations. It was particularly disheartening to see many talented and dedicated colleagues depart, alongside the loss of valuable mentors. While the people and the work environment were outstanding, the strategic decisions made by the new management had a profound and negative impact on the company's direction and workforce.

Thank you for your review, I appreciate the time and thought that has gone into your comments. And I’m so glad to hear that you enjoyed the team-based, collaborative environment, we do work really hard to build a positive workplace culture that enables our people to thrive and build long-term careers with us. I understand that change can sometimes feel hard. In a dynamic and fast-moving industry like recruitment, we have to be focused on shaping our business to ensure we always deliver the very best service to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. Our people are at the core of what we do, and we believe that we wouldn’t have been in operation for 40 years without transparency, openness and trust in our employees. So I’m disappointed to read your cons – I’d appreciate the opportunity to hear more about your experiences.
