      1. Ability to earn significant dollars above your base salary (5%-15% in my case) 2. A focus on client services 3. You are valued because the services you provide brings revenue to the company 4. Significant growth potential 5. A level of autonomy is granted when managing client relationships 6. Good support in landing potential clients

      Cons

      1. They do not have a system of rotating employees off engagement (this could potentially limit growth) 2. Earnings potential is limited by the budget of your clients 3. Job stability limited to your ability to land clients

      Good for training, your success has a lot to do with which office and area you are in and your managers ability

      Pros

      Training, resources, name recognition and in some cases their established relationships with clients.

      Cons

      If you get put into a struggling office the pressure to get the same amount of sales as a well established office can be overwhelming. Basically there are people that get brought in and given a great established list of clients, and then there are new offices that don't have established clients and it is a very difficult process to build a client list while trying to meet their sales quotas which are based on the other offices

      Pros

      Work envrionment can be fun, depending on the people on the team. Good opportunity for early career stage individuals to learn various skills in recruiting, management and sales.

      Cons

      The management culture is often too dependent on metrics, many times clueless people are promoted due to "yes man" personalities vs. really understanding the business issues that drive performance and growth.
