Pros

Great work environment with friendly people. Very flexible and an ability to transfer to different stores when you need to. 30% discount. You learn a lot about all different parts of the retail environment. Great way to get into fashion work. Really good with holiday times. Ability to take up more hours or change your hours.

Cons

Lack of training. You have to work over the holiday periods. Working with customers can be really challenging and people can be extremely rude and even aggressive at times.

If you enjoy fashion or simply talking to customers then this is good for you. Discount not bad

Cons

Unsociable hours and pay only just above minimum wage. Lack of talent at management level although I experienced some bright stars.
