Pros

Colleagues are amazing, make amazing friends. 30% discount. 35% discount if you've worked there over 5 year. Learn to do everything a manager does since they can't do it themselves! Easy to get a job there sInce everyone leaves because of the company being so appalling.

Cons

Far too many managers who all tell you what to do, and tell you off for doing what another manager said. Been two occasions when not a member of staff had been paid which is disgusting when people have to pay bills / car / mortgage etc. Change your shifts all the time without asking or giving notice. Also put you in on your days with no availability even though you give them your availability. Contracts are rubbish...at most you get an 10 hour contract yet your typical working week is 35 hours so you're bumped when you're off. Sick pay is NOT paid for the first 2 weeks which is stupid considering that's when you're the most ill. Told to book holidays in and then they're declined and you're not told your holidays until the day before when it's on the rota and you're told you take them or lose them. If you ask when your next holiday is they say I don't know!! manager loves a gossip and twists what you say making rumours up. Also no organisation skills and very poor communication with employees. Expected to work 9 days straight and told you have a poor work attitude if you want a day off. Managers talk forever on the shop floor about what they had for tea but are quick to call you out when you're trying to sort a work problem out with another member of staff. If you want help or need to speak to them about something they shoo you away. (Managers) Call you when you're on holiday asking you to work!!!!! management treat you like slaves, not team leaders whatsoever.
