discount as manager is 50 percent, nice clothes and a job i enjoy doing just not there

Cons

working with other managers as can be very rude, same level are paid more and speak down to you even with same or less experience, no communication, bad pay, very repetitive work

Pros

Free uniform allocation and further staff discount privilege. Great atmosphere to work in as everyone tends to get along. No pressure providing you make an effort. Easy and simple job eg maintain a tidy floor, interact with customers, process deliveries, stock replenishment etc.

Cons

Like any job in retail it can be a long day if it isn't busy with customers. You will need to be highly self motivated. Hard to progress - someone has to leave for you to be able to be considered for promotion. Can be hard to get time off for holidays/random days off.

Pros

They employ a wide variety of people to work here so you get to meet some great characters - friends for life! Products are fab - new season stock always arriving. Hours - always over time available if you work part time.

Cons

Pay - always underpaid and have to fight to get this back.
