All in all, it was great working for River Island, although management could of done with changing.

There were some good perks, the discount, only 30% but for River Island I felt it was generous, good team members as well

Cons

I felt like I was at school, my managers were the teachers and we were the students, also I kind of got forced out of my job as I had informed them that I was moving to university and I really wanted to transfer to the River Island in the town. My manager did not put in a transfer request until the week before, when I had told her about my desire to transfer 3 months prior, meaning that all the positions were taken. I had no choice but to hand in my notice.
