draining. over worked and very under paid.

Pros

Clothing discount at 50%. Nothing else really. Didn't enjoy anything.

Cons

Working with awful managers who live and breathe the brand. It's all about how high you are and you are spoken to like trash if you so much as suggest anything new and exciting. The staff are given no chance whatsoever to develop. The managers invest no to time in the staff. It's sad really and I'm glad not to be a part of it anymore. It was like working in a prison.

Pros

Great benefits for staff which improve further when you progress to management, if you put the work in you can progress very easily!

Cons

Sometime unsociable work patterns (it is retail!), pay is out of line with competitors. Directors must recognise teams individually for achieving ie great service/ good visits!
